Redwood Party Rentals was founded in 2005 with the intention of bringing high quality party rental products to the Central Florida area. Having spent several years in the event planning business, the founders of our company grew increasingly concerned over the general disrepair of the equipment offered by the various local Central Florida party rental companies. They decided that the time was right for a new company to establish a higher benchmark with regard to the general quality of rental equipment and overall customer service than what was currently being offered.

Our company started by specializing in the local wedding and party market by offering table and chair rentals. Today, we have expanded into larger events, but our focus and dedication to the individual client has never changed. We will never deliver you or your client dirty or broken equipment and we stand behind every item we offer. The client’s satisfaction is always 100% guaranteed.

The Redwood Difference

Each piece of our rental inventory is hand cleaned after each and every use. If a piece of equipment needs to be repaired, measures are taken to ensure that the item is returned to perfect working condition before it is allowed to leave our warehouse for another rental.

We ensure this through our quality control program:

When equipment arrives back at our warehouse facilities after an event, it is unloaded from our trucks and placed into an “awaiting inspection” status until our team has a chance to process the inventory. Once the inventory has been inspected, it is sorted into two groups – items that need to be cleaned and items that need to be repaired. If an item needs cleaning only, it is forwarded to our wash station. If an item needs to be repaired, such as a white wooden chair needing to be repainted or re-cushioned, or a table needing bolts tightened, it is sent to our repair station. Only after a piece of equipment has been properly inspected, cleaned and/or repaired is it allowed back into our “Ready For Issue” inventory.

While you may find other rental companies offering similar products for a lesser price, we always encourage our clients to request a “total delivered” price before booking with any rental company. For example, how inexpensive are those $0.75 chairs when the rental company is charging $350 for a same day delivery and pickup? With Redwood Party Rentals, our pricing is always disclosed up front and our clients only pay what they agreed to pay when the order confirmation was signed.

We will ALWAYS combine setup and delivery fees for multi-item orders. It is also our policy to offer the same setup and delivery fees for weekdays as well as weekends (holidays excluded). Our delivery area includes the Orlando Metro Area.
